Plain terms for a plain product. The short version: you buy a page of dates; we keep it accurate to the law as published; it is not legal advice.

What you buy

• One almanac for one rented property in England: a private page of dates worked out from your answers, a calendar feed with alarms, and an email before each date.
• The price is £34, paid once. It covers four years of dates from the day you buy and every rule update in that time. Prices include VAT, which Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, collects and remits.
• You may use the almanac for the property you entered. For another property, buy another almanac.

What it is not

• Not legal advice. Every date links to its source in law; the law is the authority, not us. Where a rule is announced but not yet law, the date is marked expected and moves when the government publishes the detail.
• Not a guarantee. We work hard to keep the rules right, and we correct mistakes and email you when we do, but we are not liable for fines, losses or costs arising from your reliance on the almanac beyond the price you paid.
• Not a monitoring service for your property. It only knows what you told it. Record a rent increase, a new certificate or a new tenancy and the dates update; leave it stale and they will not.

Your link

There is no account. The private link is the product. Keep it safe; anyone with it can see the page. You can ask for it to be resent to the email you paid with, and you can issue a new link at any time, which retires the old one.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed: email hello@letbell.com from the address you paid with. After that, a refund if the almanac was wrong about a date that the law had already set when you bought.

Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. Changes that affect an existing almanac will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
